Startup Stress Down is a transformative program consisting of 12 workshops, each spaced a week apart, designed to help professionals—especially entrepreneurs and CEOs—navigate the stresses of work life. This step-by-step journey guides you toward greater peace and a more relaxed intensity in your life.

 

My approach is all around, encouraging you to view life as an interconnected whole. The experiences you have at home, with family, friends, and colleagues, as well as the pressures of deadlines and personal time, are all intertwined and contribute to stress.

 

If we take a moment to reflect, it’s clear that as we move from one activity to another, we often carry the emotions of the previous task with us. These lingering emotions bring with them associated thoughts and memories, distracting our minds and draining our energy as we try to focus on the present.

 

On top of this, we all have expectations and beliefs about how we should be—strong, in control, never appearing weak. These self-imposed obligations can feel like an army waging war against our inner selves.

This problem is simple to understand but challenging to overcome. While change can sometimes feel instantaneous, true transformation requires building new habits or refining existing ones with clarity and purpose.
